Downstairs 2 bd/bth: $7000/wk rent + $840 tax + $300 cleaning fee + $1000 security deposit
4 bd/bth: $15000/wk rent + $1800 tax + $725 cleaning fee + $1000 security deposit
Winter (Oct 22-May 25):
Upstairs 2 bd/bth: $3400/wk rent + $408 tax + $425 cleaning fee and $1000 security deposit
Downstairs 2 bd/bth: $3150/wk rent + $378 tax +$300 cleaning fee and $1000 security deposit
4 bd/bth: $6500/wk rent + $780 tax + $725 cleaning fee and $1000 security deposit
Holiday (September/October, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, spring break, Memorial Day and Labor Day):
Upstairs 2 bd/bth: $5300/wk rent + $636 tax + $425 cleaning fee + $1000 security deposit
Downstairs 2 bd/bth: $4700/wk rent + $564 tax + $300 cleaning fee and $1000 security deposit
4 bd/bth: $10,000/wk rent + $1200 tax + $725 cleaning fee and $1000 security deposit

The property rents weekly only, Saturday to Saturday, no exceptions. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Maximum people allowed on premise for 2 bedroom unit is 5; maximum people allowed on premise for 4 bedroom is 9.
To reserve a booking, a deposit of 50% must be received. 60 days prior to rental date, the remaining rent, tax, cleaning and security deposit is due.
In the event that a rental must be cancelled, rent may be refunded only if time reserved is re-rented.
